Previously known as Therapeutic Massage by Monica. I’ve been practicing for 27 years. Started my interest in health care as a Chiropractic Tech, I then traveled and studied in Phoenix Arizona at Phoenix Therapeutic Massage College. There I graduated and began working with the Stress Relief Team, where I refined my trade and continued to surround myself with therapist that had a focus on sport rehabilitation. For 23 years, I have had the privilege of returning to my home town in Colorado and working with the two exceptional Chiropractors where I started my health care career.

    Monica Suarez has been practicing massage since 1998. Starting her interest in health care as a Chiropractic Tech she then traveled and studied massage at Phoenix Therapeutic Massage College. After graduating she began working with the Stress Relief Team where she refined her trade and surrounded herself with therapists that had a focus on sports rehabilitation. Today my focus is to be a mentor to upcoming therapists that are dedicated to learn and develop their discipline

    Hello! My name is Catherine Nosko, I graduated from Intellitec College’s Massage Program in 2023 and have since gained valuable experience working with At Peace Wellness and Massage. I have also collaborated with a chiropractic clinic to help improve patients mobility in life. I specialize in Myofascial Release, Stetching, Swedish,Deep Tissue techniques and now offering TMJ treatments.

    My ultimate goal is to provide a personalized massage tailored to your specific needs, helping you feel your best and live a healthier, more balanced life. I look forward to working with you.
